Chef Jud Flynn is the chef/owner of OSC and a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier Vermont. Chef Flynn's achievements include being on the Food Network and wining 56 National and International Medals in culinary competitions, including the World Culinary Olympic in Germany.
